Scrad/Charlie is an alien from the Men in Black franchise. Scrad is a scruffy, slightly dim looking man who frequently seems to be talking to himself. He's a New Yorker, so that's not all that out of the ordinary, but he's actually talking to Charlie, who is his second, nearly identical head. Charlie is about 1/3 the size of an adult human head, and grows from between Scrad's shoulder blades on a four foot long neck stalk. He spends most of his time hidden in Scrad's backpack.
They've been on Earth for a while, and are minions for hire by trade. Neither of them are particularly bright, but they sure are...
