[Scrad's eyes dart to the side, and his mouth opens and closes soundlessly, before he just cuts the the feed. Charlie would know what they were gonna do, but he has no idea.]

Except I don't actually want to rule Gallifrey. That little point would make any effort to embark on a scheme to seize power for myself rather foolish of me.
